SAME DAY DELIVERIES:

Our delivery policy has always been standard as compared to international websites.

As such, we would like to confirm that there are no same day deliveries. The courier company we utilize does not provide that service, and our driver for free pickups is not guaranteed to faciliate unless the area is within our schedule for the day and you can collect at our time.

Nationwide Courier Delivery (starting at TT$35 depending on your area)

When this option is selected for delivery of your items, the cost for delivery will be starting at TT$35 in which the 3rd party courier company will deliver directly to your home or workplace. Yes, payment on delivery is accepted. Once the package is picked up from us, delivery will be within 1-3 business day.

Courier Delivery Policy:

• Please communicate with the driver for directions and to confirm delivery time. Ensure the phone number you gave is correct. If you don’t return the call or respond to a whatsapp, then the package will be attempted for delivery another day.
• If you are unable to collect on the day the courier is delivering, kindly reschedule to a confirmed date and the courier will have your package delivered then. If you fail to collect after 3 attempts the package and order will be canceled.
• You’ve just placed an order for an item you’re interested to purchase, if you change your mind and no longer want it please let us know before the package goes out to the courier company and not after. Cancelling your order with the courier or simply not collecting it is not okay, please be courteous.
• If you are having any issues with the courier, please contact us directly so we can address the problem accordingly with the company.

Free Pickup Delivery Policy:

• Your pickup is confirmed for said time mentioned above, which means that you are expected to be at the location at that time. If you are not at the location within 15mins of said time, the driver will leave as we have a delivery schedule and other customers who are waiting on their pickups.
• Our driver will call you 30mins before the pickup time to confirm with you that he will be on the way. If you are for some reason running late, please advise on the phone call and not when the driver has arrived.
• The driver will call you again when he has arrived at the location for said time, again please be reminded if you are not there within 15mins the driver will leave to facilitate other scheduled customers.
